State Privacy Rights
Last updated: 2026-08-28

This is the state-law supplement to our Privacy Policy. It applies if you are a resident of California (CCPA/CPRA) or of another US state with a comprehensive privacy statute, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah.
Control You Have
Available to you: confirmation of what we hold and access to it; correction of anything wrong; deletion; a portable copy; and opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Some states add a right to appeal a refusal. Exercising these rights never results in different pricing or reduced access — that would be unlawful discrimination.
Categories at a Glance
What is covered: identifiers, including IP address and cookie or device IDs; internet activity, meaning your navigation of this site; and, if you gave one, an email address. These reach us from your own browser and from analytics or advertising partners where such partners are active.
Sale or Sharing
There is no monetary sale of personal information. Where advertising is displayed, though, identifiers may be made available to ad partners, which under CCPA/CPRA and comparable state laws may count as a ‘sale’ or as ‘sharing’ for cross-context behavioural advertising. To opt out, see Do Not Sell or Share My Information. Data of under-16s is not knowingly sold or shared.
How Requests Work
Requests go to hello@stabilizehome.com. If all you want is to opt out, enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser does it without contacting anyone — the signal is honoured automatically. We verify by corresponding with the email address the request came from, and answer inside the statutory window. Agents acting on your behalf need written authorisation.
